AI as Your Personal Assistant in VenueFY

A while ago I said VenueFY's AI would stop talking at you and start talking with you.

That's live now.

Every user gets a named personal assistant at registration — yours stays yours. The name appears in chat, signs the push notifications, and the AI claims that identity. Not a shared chatbot. Your assistant.

And now it does things.

What a class rep can do in one sentence:

→ "Book a class for Saturday" → session created, conflict-checked, confirmed → "Notify the class about upcoming lectures" → push hits every student's phone in seconds → "CAT is next Monday at SPA Hall, remind them" → done

Students get a lock-screen push: "Jada via BRANDON VICTOR the class rep: A CAT has been scheduled for next Monday at SPA Hall. Be prepared."

One message. Every student notified. No WhatsApp group.

Role-aware by design. A student's Jada (Your assigned AI) sees their attendance and schedule. A class rep's Jada sees the roster, the calendar, and has tool access — it writes to the database, fires notifications, books sessions, and catches venue conflicts before confirming.
